The Media and Public Relations Department shall have the following functions:

  - 
Defining the society with the University's activity in various fields through the media and the media.
  - 
Know the university's image in the community and reformulate the media message in light of that.
  - 
Establishing communication between the university units and their various departments.
  - 
The use of information and communication technology in the media work
  -
Develop an annual plan to manage the media and public relations and submit it to the university administration for its approval.
  - 
Supervising the travel procedures of university officials and receiving guests.
  - 
Assist in the implementation of university events and celebrations.
  - 
Raise the budget proposals to the university administration for approval within the general budget.
  -
Submit an annual report to the university administration on the performance of the administration.
  - 
Any other duties assigned by the agent or the university director.
